Cooking with Misgana Isaak
Misgana (BT mom to Zeki (grade 5) and Sophie (grade 1)) started cooking 10 years ago when Zeki arrived in her life and cooking became her passion after Sophie was born.  Simply put, her children revealed her hidden passion of cooking!  Misgana currently teaches cooking classes through Richfield
Community Education.

During this class, you will be learning to cook a simple, but healthy and
delicious typical Eritrean style weeknight meal of Siga Tibsi (sautéed meat with herbs and spices) served on top of Injera and/or rice with a side of Eritrean style guacamole.
